Land east of Station Lane, Kingswood

Mac Mic Land are bringing forward proposals for up to 125 new homes and over 6 hectares of publicly accessible open space on land east of Station Lane, Kingswood.

 

The site comprises approximately 9.5 hectares of land between Station Lane and the Grand Union Canal, forming an irregular shape that wraps around Kingswood Farmhouse, neighbours properties on Kingswood Close and Station Lane, and includes a long ‘finger’ of land up to Rising Lane.

We work across the UK promoting sites for development and taking them through the planning process, before handing them on to selected housebuilders.

Although we do not build homes ourselves, when we draw up development proposals we set out the key parameters that housebuilders would have to follow, including the number of new homes, the access arrangements, the provision of infrastructure, the amount and location of open space, as well as measures for ecological enhancement and nature protection.
